Lonewolf has been involved in ROW acquisition for many years.  Whether it is roads, wellsites, pipelines or facilities, Lonewolf has learned that landowner negotiations are the key to every project.  Our Montana landowner background and understanding of the farming and ranching industry has assisted us in working the many different types of projects that energy clients have to negotiate to do business.

In today’s world, the ROW can be the most important part of a project.  If we can’t get there, we can’t construct it, produce it or deliver it.  Another key component in ROW is scouting and planning.  Lonewolf has learned that the BLM and BIA hurdles we must sometimes jump are sometimes put to sleep by planning and scouting the proposed ROW.  This can alleviate problems caused by terrain, archeology and biology along the way.  A trip to the field is a must when planning any type of drilling and/or construction.  Lonewolf has a submeter GPS system to assist them in locating well locations, pipeline routes, proposed accesses or facility locations (compressors, evap ponds, etc.)  Many projects get mired down when the obvious is not dealt with before the onsite or inspections begin.
